My laptop decided it was thirsty last week. Luckily I got it cleaned up, unplugged and pulled the battery. I also got some good advice from a colleague that I thought I would share:

WPC Musings and Impressions
We have been attending the Worldwide Partner Conference before there was a conference so named for Microsoft partners. In 1997 we were not yet partners, but Denise Heitkemper invited us to come to Microsoft FusionTech in San Diego. I attended and was blown away!

WPC Day 1 Summary and Thoughts
This has been a very exciting conference for me (and the approximately 9000 others) because we are in a “wave” year! In fact, they had a cool video of a surfer getting towed behind a wave runner to catch a tsunami size wave – that was a metaphor for the impact of the amount of new releases coming from MS this year.
